| What kind of payment do you accept? |

| We accept all types of credit cards or bank transfer through Paypal. Please send payment to sales@orangeme.com. We also accept cashier checks, money order or Western Union money transfer under certain circumstances. Please email us to discuss. |

| Where is your source of merchandises? Are they authentic? |
| |
| OrangeMe guarantees 100% authenticity for all of our products or your money back. Our merchandise came directly from designer factories or through legal channels of authorized distributors. We also have our own contacts in Europe. All products are brand new. We would also state clearly in our description if it's a pre-owned item, which we normally do not carry. We post our products honestly with even the slightest flaw if there is any. We want to make sure that your online purchase experience is a pleasant one. |

| What is the difference between "Buy it now" and "Add to cart"? |

| For special promotion items, i.e. free tax and shipping, we request immediate payment using Paypal. Usually these items are limited in quantities and we would like to avoid duplicate orders. For "Add to cart" items, you can always review your selections clicking on the "view cart" icon at the top right hand corner of the page. |

| How do I make multiple purchases for "Buy it now" items? |

| You are welcomed to email us a list of your selection so that we can set up a special checkout link for you. Or you can place multiple orders directly through our website. All orders received within the same business day will be combined as one single shipment. If your total order is over $100, your combine shipment will qualify for free shipping (within United States only). All excess shipping cost will be refunded back to you. For international customers, please read below for more shipping information. |

| Why are your prices lower than retail? |

| We only have a web presence and we do not need to pay for any store front rental. This lower our operating cost and therefore allowing us to pass the savings to you! |

| Do you ship internationally? |

| We do ship worldwide. Shipping price varies, but usually costs around $25-$30 US. The more you buy, the less shipping cost we charge. Very often we even ship free, depending on the amount of purchases. So do email us of your selection of goods for a quick quote. |

| I love your apparel collection. But how do I know which size I am? |

| Please refer to our size chart page, or email us with your measurement so that we can better serve you. We now also have detail measurement for each garment on the product description page. |

| Will I get the exact same item as shown on the model and photo? |

| Yes. What you see is what you will get. You will never get any imitation items. We deal with reputable overseas trading companies holding imported Japanese/ Korean fashion prducts. We also have our own contacts for European/ American brand company agents both in the USA and in Europe. We took pride on providing you the best quality authentic items, so you can shop worry free. |

| Do we have to pay tax ? |

| Only California residents have to pay 8.25% sales tax. Very often we waive the tax fee on certain promotional products. Please read item description carefully. |

| What is your return and exchange policy ? |
